When I first watched the Mobile Suit Gundam F91 OVA, I am quite impressed with the mecha design and the animation quality at that time. Two large VLBR cannon attach to the jetpack and the ventilated chest and shoulder fins are some of the features not often seen in a Gundam mecha design. The unconventional Gundam design did bring a lukewarm response from traditional Gundam fans. The design was traditionalized into Gundam F90II, which appears in the MSV (Mobile Suits Variation) world.

This release of GFF#0021 sure brings back many nostalgic memories. It bring both design in one box, with lots of weapons and armors bits, as well as all the necessary armor and replacement head to build the Gundam F90-II from Gundam F91. This release comes with 2 variations; 0021a in deep blue color scheme and 0021b in standard white.
