I am one of the lazy modelers who wish that
there will be some pre-built in-scale base for my
growing collections of completed model. I might be
over-generalizing here but I do think that there are
many others who hate to scratch built a custom base
just to keep their completed work of art. The wish
finally made true by a company called Asahita
Development Ltd who built ready made and pre-painted
display base for MG and HG 1/100 scale Gundam
models.

The assembled base has the full dimension of 17 x 29 cm (W x H). It is modular separated into 2 wall and one floor module. Each module is measured at 17 x 13 x 2.5 cm (L x W x H).
The parts are made from ABS hard plastic pre-painted in a gray color scheme. The modules are customizable for those who want more details and it is made easy with 10 additional pipe mount provided for customization. The Round pipe is not included.
I bought 2 units and since it is modular, it can joint together to form a bigger scene. The joints are lock together with the provided lock rings.
