In my continuing effort at collecting the Bronze Saints, Hyoga is definitely not one to be missed. This set comes with good anime like figure and excellent Cygnus object.

The head sculpt is done excellently, where the complexion is satisfactory with an almost accurate look to anime. On the other hand, the head look a bit less unlikely without the circlet. It must have something to do with the hair where the upward folds really spoilt the similarity. Thankfully, it looks less awkward with the head circlet on.

Body armor is painted in chrome silver and the color difference is sort of visible to the trained eyes. The "chrome silver" armor depicted by the box photos is misleading. The actual color that received is actually noticeably flat chrome on the metal parts. The dullness is however not as bad as Pegasus Seiya's. The non-metal armor parts are providing better chrome silver.

Hyoga comes with a well articulated PVC body where the shoulder and feet could be elongated for some serious posing, where Hyoga's special attack such as "Aurora Thunder Attack" and "Ring of Ice" is executed without any problem.

Cygnus Hyoga comes packaged in a spiffy 'book-box', which opens to reveal that it consists of two window boxes; in one window box is a really well-articulated figure of Hyoga, along with some of his Cloth parts, diadems, and etc. In the other half is the rest of his Cygnus Cloth and no less than nine spare hands in gauntlets, in various poses.

Metal parts consist of 1 chest plate, 1 belt, 2 arm guards, 2 knee caps and 2 leg guards (shield on leg arm guard). The 2 feet of Cygnus obje is made of metal. The rest of the parts are made of plastic. This kit comes with 9 spare gauntlets (including one gauntlet for "Ring of Ice" pose).
