Dom being one of my favorite Zeon mech and being the only kit on the HGUC series that
resemble the Dom, I just could not resist on getting one of these.
I have a little confession to make. The kit I built here is not from Bandai. It is a pirated kit from China. I came across this kit selling at a small shop and I could not believe that this kit is selling at 1/3 of the original kit price. Being curious on how the pirated version fare against the original and my adventurous sense of finding the cheaper alternative, I bought two kits, Dom Tropen and Rick Dias. I regretted then, as the quality is horrible. The rick dias is still in a box somewhere and never worth my time to build it.
Weapons, Gimmicks and Accessories
- Raketen Bazooka with removeable clip
- 3 extra clip that attached to the skirt armor. (2 clips in front and 1 clip at the back.)
- 1 heat rod.
The Raketen Bazooka is the coolest looking weapons I ever constructed so far in the HGUC line. It has a protective shield attached and a removable clip at the end.
Lesson Learned
- Never buy pirated kit. It is not worth your precious time.
